Do I need to share my passwords?
Never. For Google Business Profile, you simply add our email as a "Manager" in your Google Maps business settings. For Instagram, you add our business as a partner in Meta Business Suite. You always remain the primary owner.
Can I leave anytime?
Yes, anytime. There are no lock-in periods or penalties. If you choose not to renew, we remove our manager access within 7 days and your listing falls back to the Free plan.
How does payment work?
Payment is via UPI on a monthly basis. Every newly approved PG listing receives the first month of the Basic plan completely free with no payment required upfront.
What happens to my existing Google reviews?
All your existing reviews stay exactly as they are. We never create duplicate profiles. We take over management of your existing profile, keep it active, reply to reviews, and print a custom review QR poster for your reception.
