Absolutely not. Stayplace 101 operates on a zero brokerage model. You deal directly with the owner. There are no middlemen, no hidden charges, and no registration fees.

A refundable security deposit of 1 month's rent (same as your monthly rent) is required at the time of check-in. It is fully refundable upon vacating after proper notice and room inspection.

Electricity is charged separately based on actual meter reading at the end of each month. You only pay for what you consume.

Yes — we have a referral program where both you and your friend get ₹1,000 off your rent when you refer someone who moves in.

Food is included in all our plans — 2 meals/day on weekdays (breakfast & dinner) and 3 meals/day on weekends (breakfast, lunch & dinner). We currently offer food-inclusive plans only, as it ensures quality nutrition and simplifies your daily routine as a working professional.

We serve home-style North Indian meals — roti, sabzi, dal, rice, and seasonal vegetables. Breakfast typically includes paratha, bread, eggs, or poha. The menu rotates weekly.

Breakfast: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM. Lunch: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM. Dinner: 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM. Dinner timings are flexible for working professionals.

There is no lock-in period. A 30 days' notice period is required before vacating, at any time.

We currently offer gender-segregated accommodations. Guests of the opposite gender are welcome in common areas during daytime hours (9 AM – 9 PM). Overnight stays for guests are not permitted.

We currently do not allow pets at our PG facilities.

There is no strict curfew for working professionals. We have 24×7 CCTV and security. We simply ask that residents inform management if returning after midnight.

All our properties offer: fully furnished rooms (bed, wardrobe, study table, chair), high-speed Wi-Fi, AC, daily housekeeping, attached or shared bathrooms, 24×7 CCTV security, power backup, laundry facility, and a common area/lounge.

Yes, all our properties have 24-hour hot water geysers.

Yes, laundry facilities are available at all our Stayplace 101 properties.

Two-wheeler parking is available at most of our properties. Four-wheeler parking is subject to space availability.
